The goals of the United Propane Autogas Solutions Group (UPAS) are: to facilitate autogas utilization by fleets as a seamless positive transition; the eventual common utilization of autogas by fleets; minimize the costs of autogas utilization for maximum growth; and increase annual autogas usage.
